You can always trust Ludovic Llorca. Once a year he locks himself in his studio and works the magic which results in a Local Talk release. His previous releases on Local Talk, The Same Thing (”classic proto house-meets-baggy US garage vibe”) The Rainbow Song (”It sounds like an underground summer anthem in waiting.”) are LT classics and now, Ludo returns with a third release, I Just Can’t EP.

While some producers struggles with new ideas, trying to re-invent the genre Ludo sticks to what he knows best. Strings and chords combined with a thick and squelchy bass is the foundation of the title track while on the flip, Dirty Stories, is as hypnotic as it is jackin’ - in fact, both tracks are so irresistible you’d start wondering if Ludo stole them from a snake charmer.
